Photos that sell
Tips for visual property presentation that increases conversions.
1. Preparation and composition
Before shooting, prepare the spaces: make the beds, turn on all lights, remove personal items. Shoot in daylight, ideally early morning or late afternoon when the light is soft. Capture each room from at least two angles.
- Make beds and air out the rooms.
- Turn on all lights and remove personal items.
- Shoot in daylight from multiple angles.
2. Upload and ordering
In the Media section, use drag-and-drop to upload images. The first photo automatically becomes the main cover image in the catalog - choose the most attractive shot. The order determines how guests browse the gallery, so place the most important shots first.
- Drag files into the upload zone in Media.
- Set the main photo (star icon).
- Reorder by dragging for a smooth flow.
3. Quantity and quality
We recommend a minimum of 8-12 professional photos: exterior, all rooms, bathroom, kitchen/common areas and surroundings. Avoid blurry or overly edited shots. Authenticity builds trust and increases both conversion and later reviews.
- Ensure at least 8 sharp photos.
- Capture exterior, rooms, bathroom and surroundings.
- Avoid excessive editing - authenticity sells.
